TERMS OF USE

 

This site is provided as a convenience for managing your Food Pass payroll deduct account. You can also use this site to view café sale transactions posted against your account.

It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with these terms of use. By logging into this site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these terms. If you do not accept these terms of use, you should not use this site.

 

Lost Cards

 

In the event of a lost card, you should log into the Food Pass Portal and immediately adjust your Payroll Deduct limit to $0 until a replacement card is obtained and the card number is updated in the system.  Once updated, the old card will no longer function and your payroll deduct limit can be set to the desired level.  If you suspect fraudulent activity on your Food Pass account, immediately report it to GRP Enterprise Food Services (Foodpass@exchange.boeing.com).

 

Replacement Cards

Replacement Food Pass cards can be obtained from participating café locations.  To update your card number, log into the Food Pass Portal, go to Manage Account, and follow the instructions to enter your new card number.

 

Payroll Deduct

 

Payroll Deduct allows me, as a Boeing employee to purchase, with my Food Pass card or mobile account, food from any Aramark or Eurest-Thompson location on a Boeing site that participates in the Payroll Deduct Program. I understand that by creating an account and setting a payroll deduct limit, I authorize The Boeing Company to deduct payment, from my next paycheck, for purchases made at the Aramark or Eurest-Thompson locations that participate in the Payroll Deduct Program. To deactivate my payroll deduct account, I must login to Food Pass and change my spending limit to $0, this will disable any further payments from being made to my account.

 

You will be required to set a spending limit for your Food Pass account. You can change this limit at any time via this site, including setting it to $0 if you do not want to use the program any longer.

 

If you leave the Boeing Co. and will no longer be using the cafes, it is your responsibility to destroy your Food Pass card.

PRIVACY POLICY

mySYSTOPIA Mobile application and Good2Go website (hereinafter, the “Applications”) are products developed by Systopia Consulting Ltd a company of Zucchetti Group.

By using the Applications, You declare that you understand and acknowledge the following legal information concerning the Applications (and the elements contained therein). If you are not in agreement with these conditions, you should not use the Applications. We may revise this Legal Notice at any time by updating this posting. Your continued or subsequent use of the Applications after such revisions have been made will constitute your acceptance of such revised Legal Notice.

Definitions

The terms:

• “Client”: refers to a client of the Company that has entered into a contract with the Company for the Applications in order to allow its customer (including You) to interact with the Client’s foodservice operation;
• “Systopia”, “Company”, "We", “Us” refers to the entity of our business, including Systopia Consulting Ltd and any of its affiliates and subsidiaries of the Zucchetti Group;
• “You” refers to natural person that is a customer of the Client.

Purpose

The Applications are provided by Systopia as a service to a Client who provides food operations and wants to allow its customers to:

• order food from the Client’s foodservice locations and make payment online to the Client;
• maintain a cashless payment account for use at the Client’s foodservice locations;
• view purchase history and retrieve payment receipts;
• track loyalty program usage related to Client’s loyalty programs.

The Client is the entity that provides the foodservice operation and that directly receives all payments made online by its customer through the Applications. Systopia has no control over the services provided by such Client, hence You are requested to refer to the Client’s terms of use and its privacy policy when using the Applications.

Copyrights and other property rights

You acknowledge that the Applications contain information, data, software, photographs, graphics, text, images and other material (collectively, the "Content") that are protected, individually and collectively, by copyright, trademark, patent or other proprietary rights of the Company or third parties. Your access and use of the Applications in accordance with this Legal Notice does not give You any right or interest in any Content or other information available on the Applications, which at all times shall remain the property of the Company or other owner.

Applications Content

The Applications contain information of the Client related to its services and products. Systopia hereby disclaims any representations and warranties regarding the content or accuracy of such information and the quality of the Client’s services and products.

Services and Products provided by the Client

Even if involved in creating, producing or delivering of the Applications for the Client, Systopia disclaims all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the services provided by the Client through the Applications and shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect or punitive damages arising out of Your access to the Applications and use of the Client’s services and products.

Registration and Personal Data

In order to use the Applications, You are required to register an account with the Client. By using the Applications, you acknowledge that the Client is the data controller over your personal data and for data privacy purposes Systopia is acting only as the Data Processor, as requested by its Client.
